The work

Peonies and carnations suspended beneath a blue-green surface of water, between night and dawn. The only composition in the collection where light seems to come from above, as if filtered through water.

Craft

The artist composes each image from photographs, paintings and references that serve as models for generative tools; the image is then reworked, digitally retouched and recalibrated for light. Each work is printed, assembled by hand and signed in the studio.
